AFCON Semi-finals on

Senegal take on Tunisia on the 30th of June, at a Stadium in Egypt on Sunday in one of the semi- finals of the on going AFCON. The Lions of Teranga clash against the Eagles of Carthage in the first of the last four clashes with the other one pitting the Eagles of Nigeria against the Desert foxes of Nigeria on the same day.

Senegal go into this Clash ranked number 1 in Africa against a side who are ranked number 2. The second semi- final pits number 3 Nigeria against 12th placed Algeria. The first semi-final pits a Senegalese side whose best appearance at AFCON is second place in 2002 against a Tunisia side that was champions in 2004. In the other game 3 times AFCON Champions Nigeria face a Algerian side who where champions in 1990.
