2019 Zifa Southern Region Division One Soccer League run-ups Talen Vision have confirmed that Highlanders Football Club has contacted them about the availabity of striker Obadiah Tarambwa.

In an interview with Next Level Sports TV, the club’s acting spokesperson Juma Phiri stated that Highlanders indeed communicated with the Golden Boys seeking the services of Tarumbwa but the club’s management is yet to deliberate on the matter.

“They sent a request for his services (Tarumbwa) and we are yet to sit down and deliberate on it” said Juma.

Tarumbwa joined Talen Vision from Chicken Inn last season .He impressed in Talen Vision colors in their bid to win the championship.

Tarumbwa’s form earned him the Zifa Southern Region division one Soccer Stars of the year finalist calendar for 2019.

Meanwhile Juma Phiri also rubbished reports that the club has suspended their head coach Mkhuphali “Copper” Masuku for missing three training session in a row.

“He is not on suspension, he is still our Coach” added Phiri.
