WORLD CUP DRAW !FANS REACT By Seth Mangena

Zimbabwe Soccer fans have expressed mixed feelings towards the World Cup Qualifiers draw that was conducted last night in which Zimbabwe was drawn with South Africa ,Ethiopia and Ghana in Group G.

In interviews conducted by Next Level Sports T.V in the Central Business District Of Bulawayo ,some fans expressed different reasons why the Warriors will not be able to qualify or progress to the second stage of the African qualification process.

Jensen Mpofu one of those interviewed by Next Level Sports T.V said Zimbabwe will be able to beat all the three teams that they have been drawn with.

Mncedisi Mathe Of Gwabalanda said the warriors appear frustrated on paper.

“Ghana is not doing well these days ,Zimbabwe has always done well against Black Stars ,South are generally poorer than the warriors in terms of quality while Ethopia are an unkown quantity “he said.

Jan Mambo Of Tshabalala said Zifa’s poor management will dent the warriors quest.

“We have a great team but it will be let down by powers that be at national association you watch”.

Another soccer fan who preferred to be called as Boss Nana told Next Level Sports T.V that Knowledge Musona should be dropped from the squad and instead of him coaches should consider Prince Dube if warriors should mount a strong challenge for honors.

“Musona is now too old to be playing for the National team coaches should consider fielding Prince Dube or Macaules Bourne so that the team can win all it’s matches and proceed to the second stage of the qualifiers .”

A rugby player cum soccer analyst Tich Charumbira told our reporters that as long Zimbabwe will play their games at Barbourfields Stadium ,victory is certain because National Sports Stadium has always made the warriors unpopular.

“As long the team plays at Barbourfields victory is certain and for sure we will progress to other stages. We will surely beat Ghana,Ethiopia and South Africa “ said Charumbira
