By Sandile Moyo and Lee Mangena Borrow Street Jets Director Thembelani Dliwayo has bemoaned the departure of several key players for his side’s poor start to the 2019 women’s premier soccer league. The jets have so far conceded 12 goals in two matches, having been bitten 3-7 by neighbours Hearts of Oak and 5-0 at the hands of Correctional services “My views on the 2019 soccer league are that we are still facing the same old challenges we have had in the previous seasons, though they are not insurmountable, our progress is still being hindered by such”, Dliwayo said. “we’ve lost our games largely to poor preparation, we also tend to rely on recruiting players from outside Bulawayo which is proving quite expensive and impractical and also the match officiating has contributed to our results especially in the first game of the season against the rivals Hearts of Oak”, the Borrow Jets coach told Next Level Sports TV.
