Kuda Mahachi Foundation launched

National team and Orlando pirates player Kudakwashe Mahachi has launched a foundation that will carry out charitable works across the country. It will initially support charities in the surburbs of Mzilikazi and Makokoba.

The organisation's launch took place at Ekuphumuleni elderly people's home and was attended by a number of people including the wingers'wife Rose Mahachi and Highlanders Midfielder Bukhosi Sibanda. Mahachi launched the organisation in order to give back to the community that raised him having started his career at Highlanders, Bantu Rovers and Chicken Inn, clubs that are based in the City of Bulawayo.
