Kugona Kunenge Kudada running out of steam

FC Platinum Coach Norman Mapeza believes that his charges loss to Telone was not due to fatigue creeping in his charges who have been playing football for several months without rest.

The Zvishavane "money bags" have been playing non stop football since the keep off of the Castle Lager Premier Soccer league in 2018, at the end of that season they got involved with the African champions league which they will return to this August. Mapeza said the one nil loss to Tel one is due to the new boys our smarting the 2017 and 2018 champions ,"Look talking about fatigue after losing a match will be running away from the fact that we lost the game to a team that was organised and knowing the exactly what they wanted from the game", the former midfielder told the media after the disappoint loss to the Gweru based new boys at Luveve Stadium on Sunday. The Mimosa Platinum Mine bank rolled outfit have dropped four points from a possible eighteen to newly promoted teams. The first time they dropped points was against Mushowani in a match that was drawn. They then lost to Telone on Sundays.
