Wrestler and football administrator Allan 'The Ripper' Mpofu believes reports of Madinda Ndlovu leaving Highlanders will not affect the quality of the clash against Dynamos in a Castle Lager Premier Soccer League blockbuster match to be played at Barbourfields stadium on Sunday.

'This rumour came at a very wrong time of the season but whatever rumour, the Highlanders Dynamos game is self motivating for the players and they will do their part. They will definitely do their part, it is a big game and a crucial one,' The Ripper said.

The two teams are currently located on unfamiliar positions on the log with Bosso entering match day 12 having registered only two wins and placed on position 15 while Dynamos have four wins placing them on the 10th position with 15 points, four points ahead of Bosso.

The match will come less than a week after rumours emerged that Highlanders technical manager Ndlovu is leaving the club for Botswana outfit, Gaborone United. The former Bosso player's contract with the club expires at the end of the 2021 season.

The Ripper who illuminated the Squared Circle as a grappler in the 1990s said he will be backing Bosso at Emagumeni.

'My blood is black and white and definitely Highlanders will win the match and they will score two goals. The team has exciting players, they do have Peter Muduhwa and the crowd favourite Prince (Dube) although he has not scored, it's time for him to perform now at home in front of an expected huge crowd against Dynamos,' he added.

Allan 'The Ripper' Mpofu is currently running affairs at ZIFA Bulawayo Provincial level.
