Ndiraya has knowledge of the different tug of war games that always rage on behind the scenes at Dembare and will have that as an advantage as he tries to navigate the treacherous terrain that is called Head coach at this club.He comes in having been previously shown the exit door at this very club for failing to win the league,again this season Dembare have made certain investments in playing personnel that has got them thinking of the title.
