Nkulumane Half Marathon On

All is set for the Bulawayo Athletics Board- Old Mutual Nkuluname half marathon which will be held in the city on the second of June at Nkulumane Shopping Complex.

According to the B.A.B Chairman Manuel Mpofu this year’s edition is the second edition in which it is being run as a half marathon, however the 10 kilometre component of the event dates back to 1990. “As the board we really appreciate the support from Old Mutual properties for the support it is giving the sport, this also comes when Zimbabwe is preparing for the African games and World Athletics Championships”, Mpofu told Next Level Sports TV

The Nkulumane half marathon comes hot on the heels of B.A.B organised events such as the PPC Ultra Marathon, Coca cola 4 minute Miler, NSSA run and the J.M Busha 54 triangular series that have been held so far this year.
