The premier soccer league has given Vengere stadium in Rusape a thumbs down a week after Zifa's First instance Board approved the facility. The PSL argues that the stadium still needs attention on the playing surface, doping rooms and media area.The stadium is one of the two stadiums that Mutare based PSL side Manica diamonds proposed to use. However vengere and sakubva alongside Ascot and Trojan were condemned by the zifa f.I.b early this year. It was then approved by the f.ib last week.
