WARRIORS KIT UNVEILING DATE SET

The Zimbabwe Football Association and Umbro have announced the consummation of their long term partnership as the parties continue their preparations for the up coming total Africa Cup of Nations finals.

According to a press release from ZIFA communications and competitions manager Xolisani Gwesela,Umbro and Zifa will unveil what both parties say is the most advanced lightweight performance fabrics designed for movement and breath-ability. This launch will be held in Harare on the 16th of May.

The home kit will consist of yellow jerseys with red stripes.The away kit will consist of solid green tops and yellow shorts.The press release quotes the umbro South Africa chief executive officer,David Ricketts saying''This is a momentous occasion

for us and an exciting opportunity to partner with Zimbabwe as they embark on their Afcon campaign and beyond.We have created fantastic designs and superior technical kits befitting Zimbabwe's passionate fans''

Felton Kamambo the Zifa president is quoted as saying ''this should end all speculation in the market place about our partnership.we are proud to partner with such an established global sportswear brand''

Zimbabwe are set to be involved in the opening match of this year's Afcon tournament.
