We need to win games as much as possible.

Highlanders technical manager, Mandla 'Lulu' Mpofu has encouraged his team to win games to aid the team to achieve a favourable finish come end of season.

'Winning games can better us as a team, we really need to win as much games as possible. Winning games will give you (as a coach) a lot of pressure because you will want to win the next game and it's not very easy but I would say hard work pays,' Mpofu said.

Highlanders tasted their first defeat under Mpofu at the hands of Lloyd Chitembwe's Caps United on Sunday when Kepekepe came from behind to win the match 2-1.

Coincidentally, Bosso will lock horns with a Lloyd Chitembwe's side within a space of one week. Chitembwe left the Green Machine for Harare City after a victory over Bosso.

After this past weekend's loss Bosso was leapfrogged by Hwange dropping down to 10th place, while Kepekepe went above Chicken Inn who were held to a 1-1 stalemate by Yadah.

Caps United are now second on the log, with Chicken Inn on third three points behind having a game in hand.
