Will Dembare continue their dominance?

The Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match between the most successful club in the country, Dembare and Chapungu will take place on Sunday at Rufaro Stadium.

'Chazunguza' as Dynamos is affectionately known by the Dynamos faithful will be looking forward to continue their dominance over the Gweru based Chapungu United.

In their previous 12 meetings since 2007, Chapungu have beaten Dembare once. Their last meeting was a goalless stalemate last year at Rufaro stadium.

Since 2007, Dembare have managed to score in every game but their one nil loss in 2014 and last year's goalless stalemate. The teams have 19 goals between them and Dynamos has 16 while Chapungu has three.

Chapungu visit Dynamos while sitting on fifth position with 19 points. A win for Dembare will see them just a point behind Chapungu and that will definitely put their title hopes alive.
