Highlanders coach Madinda Ndlovu revealed that some key players will be sacrificed and spared during the Yadah game banking them for the next match against Dynamos at Barbourfields Stadium the following week. He said this at a Highlanders press conference held at the team's club house on Thursday.
'We are going to make changes in the Yadah game as we are going to play Dynamos in the next game and if we have our key players sitting on two yellow cards, we can not sacrifice that because we need to be as strong as possible. I'm not saying Yadah is less important but the sentimental values that are there when you play against Dynamos have got to be kept, the traditional kind of war that is between the two teams has got to be kept,' said Ndlovu.
Ndlovu described Yadah as a tough oponent, a team that is always been a stumbling block for Highlander seven though they have managed to beat the Harare based times a number of times.
'We are aware that we will be playing away from home, we are yet to look at our records to see who will miss the match for example some key player in the midfield has two yellow cards we can not sacrifise him to get another yellow card and miss him in the Dynamos game. For our game against Dynamos, you are never spared as a coachif you lose to the team you can survive by the grace of God but you can never be forgiven by the Highlanders faithful,' Ndlovu said
The much awaited battle of Zimbabwe part one is fast approaching and both Ndlovu and Dynamos coach Tonderai Ndiraya are probably focusing on this match day 12 clash than matches pitting them with Yadah and Manica Diamonds respectively.
