Zim coaching standards below par-DumazaDube

Former Zimbabwe Junior Olympics coach Dumaza Dube believes Zimbabwe's football standards are falling as evidenced by the number of local coaches who have lots their jobs in the region in the last few seasons. Dube who has been a development coach at Highlanders and Bantu Rovers said the standards of the game have also plummeted because youngsters seem to choose other hobbies other than playing the game in recent years "look you go overseas, what you find out is that the youngsters are coached by old qualified mentors unlike here where development sides are led by unqualified young coaches, Dube told next level media "Joey Antipas lost his Job at Amazulu in South Africa, Jairos Tapera at black leopards in South Africa, Madinda Ndlovu in Botswana and many others, Our coaches are fast becoming the worst in the SADC region. They need to continue studying new methods to catch up", The former Hwange and Highlanders player said
